Why are my CCH ViewPlan/CCH ViewPlan Advanced install codes not working?

Please check to see which install option you chose. The install codes generated correspond to the option chosen by your company--stand-alone or network. If your company purchased the stand-alone option, but you chose the network option during installation, all you need to do is to change the selected install option. (Note: We recommend that you cancel the current installation and begin again.)

To verify your install codes you can use the Unlock Codes self-service tool located on our My Account support site. Just sign in to My Account, click on Manage Accounts then select Unlock Codes from the "Select an Action" menu on the right-hand side of the screen. If you are new to My Account, you will need to register prior to using My Account for the first time.

If you still have problems, please call CCH ViewPlan tech support at 1-888-879-5515, option 1. Phone support is available Monday through Friday, from 8 A.M. to 6 P.M.
