Why are the gifts I added to my case not showing up on the flowchart?

Both CCH ViewPlan and CCH ViewPlan Advanced can show multiple gifts being made by the clients.  However, all plans created by the programs have the gifts "turned off" as a default.  You have two options:

  1. Go to Plans:
    • Choose the plan you want to show gifts on.
    • Click Edit.
    • Look for the Display Options tab.  The first line listed is Include ALL gifts in plan.
    • Put a check in the box next to this line to show your gifts when you view your plan.
  2. If you are currently looking at your flowchart:
    • Click on the Shortcuts button.
    • The fourth line down offers to Include ALL gifts in plan.  Click on this line and the program will re-calculate to show your gifts.
    • Please note that the Shortcuts button is not available when you are looking at any of your Presentations, so make sure you are actually viewing the plan in question.
    • Since both programs have the gifts "turned off" as a default, you will need to make this change for all plans you intend to create for your clients.
