Receiving blank results or receiving "///" in a results column when searching in the Electronic Filing Status System for CCH Axcess Tax or CCH® ProSystem fx® Tax.

This article applies to the issue when using the search function on the Electronic Filing Status System, you receive a blank column or window in the search results area or a column of the search results shows "///" instead of the correct value for that column or field.

Use the following process to resolve this issue.

Reset the View

  1. Click Select Columns.
  2. Click Restore Default View.
  3. Click Save Changes.
