Firm users must access Portal through CCH Axcess Document or CCH ProSystem fx Document. There is no longer a web login for Portal for firm users. You can log in with your normal CCH Axcess credentials. See 

Your firm's clients can long in to Portal at the following location: https://www.clientaxcess.com using the email address that was entered for them when they were added as portal users. See CCH® Client Axcess User Guide for instructions that you can provide to your client users.

Note: If a client has multiple portals from different firms, they will be prompted to select which portal to enter. After choosing a portal to enter, the client must log out in order to select the other portal.
