How do I import a new letter template I have created into the Correspondence Manager in CCH Axcess Tax?

  1. Open the CCH Axcess Dashboard.
  2. Select Configuration from the navigation panel.
  3. Select Correspondence Manager under the Tax heading.
  4. Select Letter Template Library from the navigation panel and highlight type letter to be imported. (i.e. Cover Letter).
  5. Select the Application button and select Import.
  6. A dialog box will appear so that the user can navigate to the desired file to be imported, select Open.
  7. To save the imported document as a template, select Save from the ribbon.
  8. A dialog box will appear select the letter type and user can enter a custom template name, select Save.
