How do I import a new letter template I have created into the Correspondence Manager in CCH Axcess Tax?
- Open the CCH Axcess Dashboard.
- Select Configuration from the navigation panel.
- Select Correspondence Manager under the Tax heading.
- Select Letter Template Library from the navigation panel and highlight type letter to be imported. (i.e. Cover Letter).
- Select the Application button and select Import.
- A dialog box will appear so that the user can navigate to the desired file to be imported, select Open.
- To save the imported document as a template, select Save from the ribbon.
- A dialog box will appear select the letter type and user can enter a custom template name, select Save.
