There are three ways to link your CCH Axcess Tax returns to CCH Axcess Workstream projects:

1. For future returns that will be created, go to the Workstream Interface section of the Return Configuration set. Their is an option to Establish link to project when creating a return.
2. For already created returns, there is a batch linking utility that can be found from the Dashboard in the Applications tab. Select Run Utilities in the Utilities section. Next select the Workstream Tools tab and Batch Link CCH Axcess Tax Returns. You can link one Tax year and Return Type at a time.
3. You can link a single return to one or more projects by opening the return and choosing to Manage - Link to Project.  

Note:  to remove an existing link, open the Project.  in the Links tab, select the link and click on Remove.  Click Remove again to confirm.
