How do I reverse or delete unbilled WIP in CCH ®Axcess™ Practice?
You cannot reverse unbilled WIP in Axcess Practice. You can only delete it:
- Open Dashboard
- Select Applications links from the navigation panel
- Select WIP Corrections/transfers under Administration.
- Select Correct WIP details
- Choose the client from the drop-down list under client or your staff member under staff.
- Click the Find WIP button
- Highlight the WIP item you want to delete
- Using the right click option on your mouse, select Delete
- In the Delete confirmation dialog box, click the Delete button to confirm deletion of the WIP
