"Preview not available" when previewing Microsoft® Office files in CCH Axcess™ Document or CCH ProSystem fx Document.
To rebuild the link with Microsoft Office applications, re-register the DSO Framer using the Windows Command console:
- Click the Windows Start Menu button, type CMD, right-click the CMD.EXE icon and click Run as administrator.
- In the console, change to the Document folder:
- If using CCH Axcess Document: C:\Program Files (x86)\WK\ProSystem fx Suite\Smart Client\SaaS
- If using CCH ProSystem fx Document On-Premise: C:\Program Files (x86)\WK\ProSystem fx Suite\Smart Client\OP
- Type regsvr32 dsoframer64.ocx and press ENTER, then type regsvr32 dsoframer.ocx and press ENTER.
- Close the Microsoft Windows Command console.
