Preview not available when attempting to preview a PDF file in CCH Axcess™ Document

To resolve the preview issue, update your Adobe Acrobat preferences by doing the following:

  1. Open Adobe® Acrobat®.
  2. Select Edit > Preferences.
  3. On the navigation panel, click Internet.
  4. Verify Display PDF in browser is selected.
