I need a specialized form that is not included in the CCH Form Library. How do I create a custom form in CCH Axcess Workstream?
- From the Dashboard, select Configuration > Lists from the Workstream section.
- Select Form Due Dates.
- Select the New button at the top left of the screen.
- Enter a Form ID and Name.
- Select if Date Basis is Fiscal Year End or Calendar Year End.
- Note: Select the Frequency if form is Calendar Year End Enter Due Dates.
