How do I contact CCH Axcess™, CCH® ProSystem fx®, Sales & Use Tax, and Account Services product support?
There are three methods of contacting support for CCH Axcess™, CCH® ProSystem fx®, Sales & Use Tax, and Account Services products.
- When opening a support case, the case will be assigned to the team that can assist you. You can choose to be contacted via email or by phone.
- Click to open a support case to support for assistance.
- Ask your questions in an online chat session with Support.
- Click to chat with a support representative.
- Go to https://support.cch.com.
- Click Support (tab) > Contact Us.
- Select the appropriate option for the Select a Category or Select a Product drop-downs.
- Note: The phone numbers and hours for the selected drop-down are displayed.
- You can also open a support case or initiate a chat from this location.
- To create a support case, click Open a Support Case (located in the upper right corner).
- To initiate a Chat with support, click Chat with a Representative (located in the upper right corner).
