• When opening a support case, the case will be assigned to the team that can assist you. You can choose to be contacted via email or by phone.
• Click to open a support case to support for assistance.

Chat

• Ask your questions in an online chat session with Support. 
• Click to chat with a support representative.

Phone Support

1. Go to https://support.cch.com.
2. Click Contact Us > Contact Us.
3. Select the appropriate option for the Select a Category or Select a Product drop-downs.
   • The phone numbers and hours for the selected drop-down are displayed.

4. You can also open a support case or initiate a chat from this location.
   • To create a support case, click Open a Support Case.
   • To initiate a Chat with support, click Chat with a virtual representative or Chat live with CCH expert.
