How do I enter or edit CPA or CPE course credit for staff members in CCH Axcess™ Practice?

After a jurisdiction has been created for the staff member, you can enter a CPE Course credit.

You have two options to enter CPE Course Credit for staff members.

Option 1

  1. In Dashboard, select StaffStaff Manager.
  2. Highlight the staff member and click Open from the ribbon.
  3. In the navigation pane, under Practice, select CPA/CPE.
  4. Click the down arrow next to New, and select New CPE course credit (or highlight an existing item and click Open).
  5. Fill out all information especially where there are red asterisks and click Save.
  6. You can also indicate if they received a certificate of completion and if the course qualifies for Yellow Book credit.
 

Option 2

  1. On the ribbon at the top of the Time Capture window, click the CPE icon.
  2. Click the down arrow next to New, and select New CPE course credit (or highlight an existing item and click Open).
  3. Fill out all information especially where there are red asterisks and click Save.
  4. You can also indicate if they received a certificate of completion and if the course qualifies for Yellow Book credit.
