How do I print a blank organizer in CCH Axcess™ Tax?

Print blank Organizers from Return Manager.

  1. Open Return Manager.
  2. Click on the CCH Axcess button in the upper-left corner.
  3. Click Print > Print Blank Organizer Forms.
  4. Select the Organizer Year, Return Type, and Forms you wish to print.
  5. In the Print to list select either Printer, PDF,  TIFF, Printer and PDF, or Printer and TIF.
  6. Once you've made your selections, click Print.

Note: The question pages for an Organizer do not print with the blank Organizer. 

If you need to print copies of the blank question pages, complete the following:

  1. In Dashboard, open Batch Manager.
  2. On the ribbon, click Letters.
  3. Select the year and Individual or Fiduciary (based on what type of Organizer you want to print the question pages for).
  4. Click Go.
  5. In the Letter Template Library section, double-click on each one to open in the Microsoft Word frame.
  6. Click the print button in Microsoft Word to print the blank question page.
