How do I configure staff for Download Software and Permission Key using Software Delivery Manager
To configure staff with these permissions, complete the following:
- Open Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
- Browse to https://admin.prosystemfx.com.
- Log in using the Single Sign On (SSO).
- See our article for instructions on how to create a staff or user ID (SSO user).
- Click Staff.
- Click the name of the user to edit.
- Click Functional Rights.
- Changes to functional rights for users will take effect in approximately one hour.
- Click Support Tools.
- Put a check next to Download Software and Permission Key from the Internet.
- Click Return to Staff Home.
