Error: "We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later" when trying to launch the CCH® Software Delivery Manager?

As of January 31, 2016,it is required that TLS 1.2 (Transport Layer Security) is enabled within Microsoft® Internet Explorer®.

 

This error usually indicates that there is an Internet Explorer setting preventing the CCH® Software Delivery Manager from connecting to the server to download updates.

Check your Internet Explorer settings to see if they meet the required settings for CCH® Software Delivery Manager.

If configuring Microsoft® Internet Explorer® settings then delete the Temporary Internet files and cookies from Microsoft® Internet Explorer®.

If those steps do not resolve the issue uninstall and reinstall CCH® Software Delivery Manager.

Note:    Not having the correct system time and date will also give you this error message.
