How do I customize the Dashboard in CCH Axcess to show CCH Axcess Practice data?

Dashboard allows you to access products, product-related information, and utilities. Options available to you depend on your firm's licensing and your installed products. The Dashboard Home page displays product content, such as notes, notifications, and generated reports, on customized pages. You can add, rename, or remove pages and control the content that is included in each.

To add Practice content to a Dashboard Home page, do the following:

  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Click Customize on the navigation panel.
  3. Under Add pane, select the page to display Practice data.
  4. Select one of the following panes that are related to Practice:
    • Notifications
    • Reports
    • Staff Productivity KPI
    • Transaction Summary
  5. Click Save & Close.

Notes:

  • You can also display AR charges and credits, AR balances, and invoice data for a selected client. Click Client Dashboard on the Dashboard navigation panel, and then click Customize on the button bar to add Practice content for the selected client.
