  • Per North Carolina: "NCDOR would like to inform you that the issue with Business Rule NCBUS-1000 triggering in error has been resolved. The fix was implemented yesterday (March 27th), so you can now resubmit your returns that were receiving this reject. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused."
