If you do not remember your login password for CCH® ProSystem fx® Tax, you can reset it.


Notes

  • If you attempt to log in unsuccessfully five times, your user ID will be locked.
  • If you answer the security questions incorrectly five times, you user ID will be locked.
    • Note: If your user ID becomes locked, a Supervisor will need to unlock it.
