Exception Error: "Method not found" when logging into CCH® ProSystem fx® Practice Management after upgrading to a new version.

This error is typically due to a file being in use during the workstation setup after upgrading. To resolve the issue, make sure Practice Management is closed, including the PMTray and re-run workstation setup.

Note:

  • If you are utilizing the interface between ProSystem® fx® Tax and Practice Management, you will also need to make sure Tax is closed.
