The following video show a new feature available in CCH® ProSystem fx®Engagement v7.5 and CCH® ProSystem fx® Knowledge Coach v2.5 that allows you to work in Engagement binders that contain Knowledge Coach workpapers in a shared file room environment.



Starting in v2.5.100.1210, CCH® ProSystem fx® Knowledge Coach workpapers can be viewed in a shared file room, but cannot be edited, or assigned to users for edited. They will open in read-only mode, and will be listed as Unavailable for all users, including the host. 

In previous versions, the Knowledge Coach workpapers cannot be viewed at all, or the binder opened in shared file room because it is not supported.
