What conditions can make a project automatically roll forward in CCH Axcess™ Workstream?
The following video explains the process of automatically rolling forward a project in Workstream.
On the Roll Forward Rules tab of the template, the roll forward method must be set to automatic. Once you have that set, there are two conditions that trigger the roll forward process:
- Marking the project complete
- Rolling forward a linked CCH Axcess™ Tax return
Note: Automatically rolling a project forward puts the project in the Roll Forward Approver View. Each project in this view must be selected to roll forward before next year's project is created.
