This article explains how to reset or change your My Account or support.cch.com password. 

Change Your Password

If a support representative reset your password or it's been a while since you've changed your password and you would like to change it, do the following:

1. Go to http://support.cch.com.
2. Click Log In at the top of the page.
3. Log in using your user ID and password (or the temporary password set up by the representative).
4. Click Account settings.
5. Click My password.
6. Enter your current password and then enter your new password. Confirm the new password by entering it again.
7. Click Update password
8. Once complete, use the new password to log into the site.
   • The password reset on the CCH Support Site will be also applied within cchgroup.com and the CCH eBooks application.

Reset a Forgotten Password

1. Go to http://support.cch.com.
2. Click Log In at the top of the page.
3. Click Forgot password? on the login screen
4. Enter your email address and check the Captcha, then click Reset password. An email is sent with a temporary password reset link.
   • Note: The link is only valid for 20 minutes from the time it is sent.
5. Within the email, click the Temporary Password Reset Link.
6. Once at the site, you will be prompted to provide and confirm a new password. Type the new password in the fields and click OK.
7. Once complete, you will be able to access the site with the new password.
   • The password reset on the CCH Support Site will be also applied within cchgroup.com and the CCH eBooks application.
