Active Directory® can serve as the primary source for maintaining information about the users on your network. Active Directory® Integration allows you to manage CCH ProSystem fx Document user data directly through Active Directory® and use your existing Active Directory® information for authentication.

• Name [Smith, John] and e-mail of the Active Directory® user that should be used to log in to CCH ProSystem fx Document On-Premise as the default administrator.
• The domain where CCH ProSystem fx Document On-Premise users will log in to Active Directory®.
• The name of the CCH ProSystem fx Document On-Premise staff template you will use when importing users.
• The name of the Active Directory® group used to identify all users who need to log in to CCH ProSystem fx Document On-Premise. You will need to create a group in active directory to identify all Active Directory® users within CCH ProSystem fx Document On-Premise. This applies to all products in the CCH ProSystem fx Document On-Premise.

• New firms and firms using the CCH Axcess or Federation Services login method can no longer select to use the Active Directory® method as this method will be phased out in the future. Firms who are already set up to use Active Directory® are not impacted by this change.
