CCH Software News delivers time-sensitive information about the software products you use directly to your e-mail. Subscriptions can be set for each product individually. To prevent emails from going to your Junk, Spam, or Clutter folder, we recommend adding noreply@cch.com to your contacts or safe senders list.

Notes:

• You must set up your support website account (My Account) before you can subscribe to CCH Software News. See How do I create a user for the support.cch.com website? for instructions.
• You can use the procedure below to unsubscribe from emails for individual products. If you want to unsubscribe from all CCH Software News emails for all products at one time, see How do I unsubscribe from CCH Software News?

To subscribe to CCH Software News or change which product emails you are subscribed to, do the following:

1. Go to https://support.cch.com/notes/CCHNewsProfile.aspx
2. Log in to the support web site with your My Account e-mail address and password. 
3. Do either of the following:
   • If you are subscribing for the first time:
     1. Click Establish your CCH Software News Profile.
     2. Enter your first name, last name, and email address.
     3. Select whether you want to receive emails in HTML format or Rick Text format.
   • If you are changing which product emails you are subscribed to:
     1. Enter your e-mail address in the Email Address text box.
     2. Click Update your CCH Software News Profile. 
4. Select the boxes for products you want to receive e-mails about. Clear the checkboxes for products you do not want to receive emails about.
5. Click Submit.
