You may generate a number of Portal reports by following the steps detailed below.

1. Launch Dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Portal Reports tool.
   • If using CCH Axcess Document, on the Application Links window, click Portal Reports under Reports.
   • If using CCH ProSystem fx Document (On-Premise), on the Applications window, click Run a Portal report under Portal. 
3. Choose the report to run from the Select a report list.
4. Enter the Client Sort Name, if needed, and then click Run  at the top of the window.
5. To save the report, click Save at the top of the report. This will allow you to save the reports in various formats including XLS.
