Access from a mobile phone
You can make calls and look up client addresses and locations on a map while you are on the go. You can add a shortcut to CCH iFirm on your home screen. This process varies for Android phone and iPhone users.Add CCH iFirm to Android home screen
- Open a browser on your phone.
- Enter the link to your CCH iFirm site in the URL field.
- Click the bookmark icon.
- Tap and hold the shortcut to CCH iFirm that displays, then select Add shortcut to Home.

- Click the third icon (a square with upward arrow), then select Add to Home Screen.
Access from a tablet
To give you more viewing room, when you access CCH iFirm on your tablet, the side panels are not available. Simply touch the Menu button to access the following areas of CCH iFirm:- Dashboard
