To stop receiving notifications from us, do the following:

1. Go to the TaxWise Solution Center Web site: https://support.taxwise.com
2. Click Login in the upper-right corner.
3. Log in with your Client ID, username and password.
4. Click the My Information tab.
5. Click My Subscriptions in the left column.
6. Click the red X in the Check For Email Subscription section.

 

To stop Product Update Notifications (PUN), do the following:

1. Go to the TaxWise Solution Center Web site: https://support.taxwise.com
2. Click Product Updates in the Preparer Solutions section.
3. Log in with your Client ID, user name, and password if required.
4. Click the Notify me by e-mail when my products are updated link.
5. Click the Delete link shown next to your e-mail address.
   • Note: If you have more than one e-mail address listed and you would like to remove all e-mails listed, click Delete All.

Stopping notices when you are no longer a customer (or cannot access the Solution Center)

If you can no longer log in to the Solution Center, whether because you no longer use our software or you no longer work for a company that uses our software, you need to follow a different procedure to unsubscribe.

To stop these notices when you are not a customer, do the following:

1. Go to: http://support.taxwise.com/unsubscribe.aspx.
2. Enter the e-mail address or mobile phone number that is receiving alerts.
3. Click Unsubscribe and a confirmation page will appear.

To unsubscribe from Sales, Survey, and Marketing e-mails, do the following:

1. Click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any such e-mail.
