Taxwise® registration code does not activate correct products

First, make sure that the particular product you are trying to use is correctly listed as a product that you purchased. To do this, go to the TaxWise Solution Center and log in with your credentials. Click My Information, and then select Product Info. If the product is not listed there, contact your sales representative to determine the problem.

If the product is listed there, then the problem is most likely with the registration code or EFIN assigned to your CID. After verifying the EFIN, try re-entering your registration code in your program, making sure all letters are entered correctly. If one character is keyed wrong, the registration code may seem to work, but it may not necessarily activate all of the correct products.
