How do I enable cloud purge restore in CCH Axcess™ Document?
If your firm has enabled cloud purge restore, the cloud purge restore tab displays for the firm administrator in the recycle bin. Files deleted from the recycle bin within the last 90 days are listed on this tab and can be restored to the recycle bin. If the cloud purge restore option was not enabled at the time the file was deleted from the recycle bin, it cannot be recovered,
If a file has been deleted from the recycle bin for more than 90 days, it is permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
If you are the firm administrator, you can enable cloud purge restore in Dashboard by doing the following:

If you are the firm administrator, you can enable cloud purge restore in Dashboard by doing the following:
- Click Application Links on the navigation panel, and then click Settings and defaults under Firm.
- Click Document > Configurations on the navigation panel.
- Select the option to turn on cloud purge restore under Cloud Purge Restore.
