How do I log in to My Account (the support.cch.com website)?

  1. Go to https://support.cch.com.
  2. In the Log In section, enter your e-mail address and password and then click Log In.
    • Select Remember me if you would like support.cch.com to remember your login credentials.
    • Select Keep me logged in for 12 hours if you would like support.cch.com to keep you logged in for 12 hours. You can click Logout at any time when leaving the site.
  3. After logging in you will be prompted to go to My Account or the home page.
    • Click My Account to go to the Manage Accounts page.
    • Click Home to go to the support.cch.com homepage.
  4. When My Account is chosen, the Manage Accounts page loads.
    • If an account number was associated with your e-mail address during registration, it will be listed under the Choose an Account header.
    • If no account number was associated with your e-mail address during registration, you will be prompted to enter an account number now.
      • To add a 10-digit Wolters Kluwer account, do the following:
        1. Click Add an Account.
          1. Enter your account number.
          2. Decide on Basic or Full Access.
            • For Basic Access, all that is required is a ZIP Code entry.
            • For Full Access, you will need to enter either an Invoice Number or Order Number.
              • If applying for Full Access, it will not be necessary to also enter your ZIP Code.
        2. Fill out the requested information and click Submit.
        3. A message will display to confirm that the account has been added to your profile.
        4. The account number will now be displayed on the Manage Accounts page.
      • To add a 5-, 6- or 7-digit CCH® account, do the following:
        1. Click Add an Account.
        2. Enter an account number and a ZIP code. 
        3. A message will display to confirm that the Account has been added to your profile.
        4. The Account Number will now be displayed on the Manage Accounts page.
  5. If more than one account has been linked to your user ID, you will need to select the one you want to manage.
  6. Choose a self-service tool from the Select an Action menu.
