How do I recover or change my CCH® IntelliConnect® password?

On the CCH® IntelliConnect® log in page, http://intelliconnect.cch.com, click on the Forgot Password? link to acquire the correct password.

Notes:

  • The reminder email will come from ICSupport@wolterskluwer.com.
  • Make sure your email provider allows emails from this address.
  • Your password will be listed in the first paragraph.
  • If the email address you entered is not correct, you will get a "Please enter a valid user ID" message when you try to retrieve your password. This means we do not have the email address you provided on file.
You can contact us to see if you have a valid IntelliConnect ID.

If you know your password and want to change it for CCH® IntelliConnect®, do the following:
  1. Go to http://intelliconnect.cch.com and log into the site with your user name and current password.
  2. Click Preferences.
  3. Click My Profile.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Enter the current password in the field with the required prompt.
  6. Scroll to the Change Password section and enter in the fields for the new password.
  7. Click OK to submit the changes.
  8. If you need to make other changes on this window, scroll down and click the click here to continue link. 
  9. When you are finished making all your changes, click the X in the upper-right corner to close the window.
