Check that the epace.xla addin is enabled and running from a valid Microsoft® Library folder. 

• How to enable, reinstall, or replace the Microsoft® Word or Excel® add-ins for CCH® ProSystem fx® Engagement, Workpaper Manager, or Knowledge Coach.

Check that Msado15.dll is installed and registered.

• Msado15.dll is a component of Microsoft®  Data Access Components. 
• It is located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\ado and\or C:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\System\ado.

To register the dll, follow these steps:

1. Click Start > Run.
   • Or press Windows Key + R. 
2. Type regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\ado\msado15.dll"
3. Press Enter.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 for ​​regsvr32 "C:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\System\ado\msado15.dll".
