For CCH® ProSystem fx® Tax

1. Run a workstation setup.

If a workstation setup does not resolve the issue, do the following:

2. Using your keyboard, press Windows+R to launch the run line.
3. Type cmd and click OK.
4. At the command prompt type the following items (in order):
   1. Type cd c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v4.0.30319 and press Enter.
   2. Type regasm ?:\wfx32\wordwrap.dll and press Enter. (where ? is the drive tax is installed)
   3. If using 2014 Tax Preparation or later, type regasm ?:\wfx32\wrdwrpYY.dll and press Enter. (where YY = 2 digit year).
   4. At the command prompt type exit and press Enter.
5. Edit the letter in Tax Preparation again and save it.

Note: If using Citrix or Terminal Server, these steps need to be completed on the Citrix or Terminal Server.
