To enter a preparer profile on a form, do the following:

1. Open the form.
2. Click the Apply Profile button.
3. In the Select Profile to Apply window, click the Preparer tab.
4. Select the preparer profile that you wish to apply.
5. Click the Enter on Form button. 
6. In the Apply Profile window, mark the forms that you wish to apply your preparer profile to, and click Apply Profile.
7. The preparer information is now entered in the preparer section of the selected forms.
