The following video explains how to install PDFlyer when your firm also licenses Scan.

Use the following steps to install PDFlyer from the computer you want to install PDFlyer on:

1. Exit Adobe Acrobat if it is open.
2. On your keyboard, press WINDOWS + R to open the Run line.
3. Type "\\ScanAdminMachine\Workstation", replacing "ScanAdminMachine" with the name of the computer on which CCH® ProSystem fx® Scan Administrator is installed, and press the "ENTER" key to open a new Windows File Explorer window; you should see the installers for CCH® ProSystem fx® Scan Workstation and CCH® ProSystem fx® PDFlyer.
   • Note: To find out the name for the Scan Administrator computer, do the following on the Scan Administrator computer:
     1. Click the Windows Start Menu button.
     2. Right-click the Computer link and select Properties.
     3. Locate the Computer name field. This is the name the computer is know by on your network.
4. Right-click PDFlyer.exe (it might display as "PDFlyer") and select Run as administrator.
5. Click Yes if you are prompted to allow CCH ProSystem fx Scan to modify your computer. 
6. Follow the instructions in the installation wizard to complete the installation.
