How do I create a user for My Account (the support.cch.com website)?

Procedure

To create a user ID for My Account (support.cch.com), do the following:

  1. Go to https://support.cch.com.
  2. Click Register at the top of the page or the Register Here link below the login screen.
  3. Enter your e-mail address and select Next.
  4. Enter all applicable fields and select Next.
  5. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
  6. Click the activation link inside to confirm your email is active and authorized.
  7. After selecting the activation link in the email, you will be redirected to the website and prompted to login.
    • Upon a successful login, a screen will appear on screen letting you know that you do not have an account associated with your profile. 
  8. Select Yes, add my account 
    • To access secured pages on the Support site, you also need to link your user ID with your account number. To do that, fill out the (Optional) Add Your Account(s) section.
      • If you use a six digit CCH® account number, basic access is available. View our article on what is included in My Account Basic Access.
      • If you have a ten digit Wolters Kluwer account number, full access is available. View our article on what is included in My Account Full Access.
      • After entering your account information, click Add this account.
        • Enter the firms' billing zip code. The zip code where Wolters Kluwer invoices are sent.
          • If this information is not known please contact your administrator to get this zip code.
  9. After entering your billing zip code, click Add this account.
  10. You will be prompted if the account number has been successfully added to your profile.
