CCH® Site Builder customers in the United States can choose to pay their invoices by mail according to the mailing address on the invoice, or through our secure payment processing online; firms in Canada must pay by phone to 800-268-4522 or by fax to 800-461-4131 or may mail their payments, according to the information on the invoice.

If you are a US firm and would like to pay online, we suggest you not use a public wi-fi network. To pay your CCH® Site Builder invoice online:

1. Navigate in your web browser to the CCH® Site Builder Wizard at https://www.cchwebsites.com/ .
2. Click the Login button at the top of the page.
3. Enter the firm's CCH® Site Builder administrator email address and password and login.
4. On the menu bar, click Support > Billing Area.
5. Click the View Invoice link next to the current invoice you want to pay.
6. Click the drop-down option to Pay Online.
7. The first screen is billing address FOR credit card BEFORE clicking Next. Enter correct info if billing address for card is different that billing address for  Site builder account.
8. Enter your credit card information and confirm the transaction; note the transaction/confirmation number for your records.
9. Log out of the CCH® Site Builder Wizard and close your browser
