There are several ways to access the e-file Status website. Use any of the following options.

Using Microsoft® Edge

1. Open Microsoft® Edge and go to https://efile.prosystemfx.com.
2. Log in with your SSO credentials.

Using the Electronic Filing Status Icon

1. Open Electronic Filing Status in your ProSystem fx Tax program group.
2. Log in with your Tax credentials to the window titled Welcome to Elf Status Launch Application.
3. Next, log in to the Electronic Filing Status Site with your SSO credentials.
   • If your SSO user is not linked to Electronic Filing Status in ProSystem fx Tax then this log in will not display.

Using Tax Preparation

1. Open Tax Preparation.
2. Click Manage > Electronic Filing Status.
3. Log in with your SSO credentials.
