After upgrading Engagement or Workpaper Manager, you will need to update existing binder templates so that they will work correctly with the new version. You can do so by doing the following: 

1. In Engagement or Workpaper Manager, click File > Convert Binder Templates.
2. Click OK.
3. If you have changed your template locations, click Browse to find the correct location.
   • Note: By default, the new version number is appended to the name of the template. This default can help preserve the older template if something goes wrong during the conversion. 
4. Click OK.
5. Once the progress bar indicates the conversion is complete, click OK.

Note: Once you have verified that the converted binder templates are functioning properly, you can delete the prior versions. You can also rename the converted templates to remove the suffix that is added to the file name by the conversion process.
