When will the New Jersey Fiscal Year forms be available in CCH® Prosystem fx® Tax and CCH Axcess™ Tax?
- The state of New Jersey annually issues new forms for fiscal year filers with years ending after 6/30.
- At this time New Jersey has not released the final version of forms to software vendors. They have granted an automatic extension for post-June 30, 2019 filers.

NOTICE: Automatic Extension for 2019 Corporation Business Tax Returns for Certain Fiscal Tax Year Filers
The 2019 CBT-100, CBT-100U, BFC-1, and CBT-100S returns are currently in the process of being finalized. Therefore, taxpayers filing a CBT-100, CBT-100U, BFC-1, or CBT-100S, with an original due date of November 15, 2019, or December 15, 2019, (i.e., fiscal tax year filers which had a tax year ending July 31, 2019, and August 31, 2019, respectively) have been granted an automatic extension to file their tax returns by January 15, 2020. Taxpayers filing under this automatic extension will not be charged late filing penalties if the returns are filed by the extended due date. The extension applies only to the filing of the return and does not extend the time to make all required payments
