How do I reset the Admin user password in CCH® iFirm?
To reset the admin password, do the following:
- From your iFirm login page, click Forgot your password?.
- Enter admin in the Username box.
- Click OK.
- A temporary password is sent to the email address that is associated with the admin account.
- If you do not receive the password reset email, do not have an email address on your account, or no longer have access to this email address, then please submit a support case.
