How do I reset a user's iFirm Client Portal Password?

Reset your password
  1. Click the Forgot your password? link on the Client Portal log in page.

  1. Type your email address.
  2. Click OK - a temporary password is sent to that email address.
  3. Click the link in the email.
  4. Type a new password and confirm it.
  5. Click Change Password.
