How do I reset a user's iFirm Client Portal Password?
Reset your password
- Click the Forgot your password? link on the Client Portal log in page.
- Type your email address.
- Click OK - a temporary password is sent to that email address.
- Click the link in the email.
- Type a new password and confirm it.
- Click Change Password.
