How do I create a support case on the ATX™ Solution Center?
- Browse to the ATX Solution Center.
- Click Open a Support Case.
- Log in using your client ID, username, and password.
- Complete the Multifactor Authentication if prompted.
- Select your issue category from the What best describes your issue list.
- Complete the rest of the form based on your issue selection.
- Click OPEN CASE.
