How do I create a support case on the ATX™ Solution Center?

  1. Browse to the ATX Solution Center.
  2. Click Open a Support Case.
  3. Log in using your client ID, username, and password.
  4. Complete the Multifactor Authentication if prompted.
  5. Select your issue category from the What best describes your issue list.
  6. Complete the rest of the form based on your issue selection.
  7. Click OPEN CASE.
