How do I grant permission to create and delete custom folders in CCH Axcess™ or CCH® ProSystem fx® Document?
The following steps explain how to create a new Security Group and assign only these rights; if you need to edit an existing Security Group to include these additional rights, skip the first two steps and open the existing Security Group for editing.

- Launch Dashboard Application Links > Security groups > New.
- Enter a name for the new group on the General tab.
- Click the Functional rights tab.
- Click Document > Client.
- Scroll to Client profile.
- Click Custom Folders.
- In the Add, Edit, and Delete columns, select Grant.
- Click Save and Close.
- Have the user close all Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat windows and log out of all CCH Axcess™ products, then log in for changes to take effect.

- Enter a name for the new group on the General tab.
- Click the Functional rights tab.
- Click Document > Client.
- Scroll to Client profile.
- Click Custom Folders.
- In the Add, Edit, and Delete columns, select Grant.
- Click Save and Close.
- Have the user close all Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat windows and log out of CCH® ProSystem fx® Document, then log in for changes to take effect.
