This article explains how to unlock staff members for Electronic Filing Status System®, CCH® Software Delivery Manager, and any other program or process that uses Single Sign On (SSO) authentication for CCH® ProSystem fx® Suite applications.

In order to perform these steps, your SSO user must be the account administrator or have rights to configure staff.

1. Go to https://admin.prosystemfx.com
2. Log in using your SSO user account.
   • For more information on SSO setup, go to how do I set up Single Sign On (SSO) for the first time.
3. Click Staff to display the Configure Staff page.
   • This page will default to showing the Staff tab
   • To search for a specific staff or user ID, use the Filter staff by boxes at the top of the page and then click Search.
4. Select the option button in the Sel column for the user ID that you want to unlock.
5. Click Unlock at the bottom of the window.
