How do I set the AutoCorrect option in Microsoft® Word?
The Grammar Variable Condition Editor in Correspondence Manager allows you to define the parameters by which a grammar variable is converted to text in rendered letters. To display the editor and set a grammar variable, you must enable an AutoCorrect option in Microsoft® Word.
- If open, close Correspondence Manager and Dashboard.
- Open Microsoft® Word and select File > Options.
- Click Proofing on the Word Options left panel.
- Click AutoCorrect Options.
- Click the Actions tab.
- Select Enable additional action in the right-click menu.
- Verify that Grammar Variable is selected.
- Click OK to close the AutoCorrect window.
- Click OK to save your changes and close the Word Options window.
- Close Microsoft® Word.
