How do I set the AutoCorrect option in Microsoft® Word?

The Grammar Variable Condition Editor in Correspondence Manager allows you to define the parameters by which a grammar variable is converted to text in rendered letters. To display the editor and set a grammar variable, you must enable an AutoCorrect option in Microsoft® Word.
  1. If open, close Correspondence Manager and Dashboard.
  2. Open Microsoft® Word and select File > Options.
  3. Click Proofing on the Word Options left panel.
  4. Click AutoCorrect Options.
  5. Click the Actions tab.
  6. Select Enable additional action in the right-click menu.
  7. Verify that Grammar Variable is selected.
  8. Click OK to  close the AutoCorrect window.
  9. Click OK to save your changes and close the Word Options window.
  10. Close Microsoft® Word.
