How can I change the from user for email notifications in CCH ProSystem fx Document?

On the Document application server, do the following:
  1. Open the ServiceConfigurations_CommonServer.config file from the Document On-Premise install folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\WK\ProSystem fx Suite\OP\ASP Server\common".
  2. Edit the key FromEmailAddress from noreply@cch.com to something ending in your domain. (The email address doesn't have to be valid).
  3. Edit the second key FromEmailAddress from noreply@wolterskluwer.com to something ending in your domain. (The email address doesn't have to be valid).
  4. Save and Close.
  5. Open the ServiceConfigurations_CommonDM.config file from the Document On-Premise install folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\WK\ProSystem fx Suite\OP\ASP Server\common".
  6. Edit the two FromEmailAddress keys from noreply@wolterskluwer.com to something ending in your domain. (The email address doesn't have to be valid).
  7. Save and Close.
  8. Open the.config file "C:\Program Files (x86)\WK\ProSystem fx Suite\OP\ASP Server\document".
  9. Edit the key FromEmailAddress from donotreply@cch.com to something ending in your domain. (The email address doesn't have to be valid).
  10. Save and Close.
