The Document Completion Date Report is not generating or updating in CCH® ProSystem fx® Engagement or Workpaper Manager.
- Check that the report is enabled in the Admin Module. Note: The Engagement or Workpaper Manager Administrator Workstation cannot view scheduled tasks remotely.
- In the Admin module, go to Tools > Scheduled Tasks.
- Select Generate Document Completion Date Report and click Task Properties...
- On the Task tab, towards the bottom, select the option Enabled (scheduled task run at a specific time).
- Click OK.
- Click Close.
- If you have made changes to the default report, you will need to run the report from Windows Task Scheduler before users will see the changes on their side.
- This is because the local file room users can only view the last report run from the task scheduler.
- If you are creating a scheduled task for the Document Completion Date Report (DCD) following How do I create a scheduled task for the Document Completion Date Report (DCD) and are not seeing it generate or update in the Admin Share location, it could be caused by one either a server migration that caused the Admin Share path location to change to an incorrect path, or the path was not set correctly while creating the scheduled task.
- Contact support to have them update the Document Completion Date Report (DCD) path.
