Starting with Engagement 2018 an existing Knowledge Coach binder may be updated using a template.  The update will affect the following properties of the binders and it's workpapers.

• AUD 800 series program steps.
  • This includes custom program steps added for AUD 800 series workpapers.
• Updated CCH® program steps for all Knowledge Coach workpapers.
• Roll forward setting changes for each workpaper.

To use this feature, do the following:

1. Open the Knowledge Coach binder you wish to update.
2. Click Tools.
3. Select Get Knowledge Coach Template Updates.
4. Verify all Knowledge Coach workpapers are closed before clicking OK to the following warning message.
5. Click Browse.
6. Navigate to the updated template, select it, and then click Open.
7. Click Get Update.
   • Once the update completes you can click View Log to see a list of changes that were made.
8. Click Close.
