What information is available with the Data Axcess Utility?

Information is available to run reports on the Staff Profile, Client Profile, Practice Data and Workstream Data.

Use the attached Microsoft® Excel® spreadsheet to learn about the tables and columns that are part of the Data Axcess Utility database.  This file is also known as table definitions.  The first sheet in this workbook is a bit like a table of contents. Click the entity name to jump to the sheet with details about the chosen entity.

Tip: If you don't know which entity is appropriate for your needs, you may search the entire workbook in excel.  For example, entering "group" and selecting to Find All for the entire workbook will show information about client groups, billing groups, return groups, AR groups, and grouped work steps.
