Procedure

How do I login to Answer Connect?

Go to answerconnect.cch.com
Enter your Username.
- Your username will be the same as your email address on file with CCH.
Enter your Password.
- Your password will be what you created either during your welcome email onboarding, or whatever it was last reset to; whichever is most recent.

Note: If you are having trouble with your password see the following section.

How do I reset Answer Connect Password?

Go to answerconnect.cch.com
Click on Forgot Password?
Enter your email, click on Reset Password.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Note: If you didn't receive email; please call customer support.
